  1. The Tidy Start Menu program
  2. ======================================
  3. License for use and distribution
  4.  
  5. 1. All copyrights to Tidy Start Menu are exclusively owned by the
  6. author
  7.     - Denis Nazarenko

  9. 2. There are 3 basic types of licenses issued for Tidy Start Menu Pro,
  10. these are:
  11.  
  12. a)  A single computer usage license. The user purchases one
  13. license to use the Tidy Start Menu on ONE computer.
  14. This license allows using the administration function for 
  15. the maximum of 5 users.
  16.  
  17. b)  A single computer usage license. The user purchases one
  18. license to use the Tidy Start Menu on ONE computer with free
  19. updates.
  20. This license allows using the administration function for the 
  21. maximum of 5 users.
  22.  
  23. c)  A multiple usage license. The user purchases a number of
  24. usage licenses for use, by the purchaser, the purchaser's
  25. employees or accredited agents, on the same number of computers.
  26. The number of licenses in network environment must not be less
  27. than the maximum possible amount of simultaneous users.
  28. This license allows using the administration function for the 
  29. maximum of 5 users per PC.

  31. d) The administrator's version: a special version that allows 
  32. using the administration function for the number of users 
  33. specified in the license. 
  34.  
  35. Once registered, the user is granted a non-exclusive license to
  36. use Tidy Start Menu Pro on as many computers as defined by the
  37. licensing terms above according to the number of licenses
  38. purchased, for any legal purpose. The registered Tidy Start Menu
  39. software may not be rented or leased, but may be permanently
  40. transferred, in it's entirety, if the person receiving it agrees
  41. to the terms of this license. If the software is an update, the
  42. transfer must include the update and all previous versions.

  44. 3. The Tidy Start Menu freeware version may be freely
  45. distributed, with exceptions noted below, provided the
  46. distribution package is not modified in any way.
  47.  
  48. a) No person or company may distribute separate parts of the
  49. package, without written permission of the copyright owner.
  50.  
  51. b)  The Tidy Start Menu version may not be
  52. distributed inside of any other software package without written
  53. permission of the copyright owner.
  54.  
  55. c)  Hacks/cracks, keys or key generators may not be included on
  56. the same distribution.

  61. 5. THE TIDY START MENU PROGRAM IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY
  62. OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
  63. NEITHER THE AUTHOR NOR THE AGENTS OF THE AUTHOR WILL BE LIABLE
  64. FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANY OTHER KIND OF
  65. LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE.

  67. 6. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell,
  68. modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  69. transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed
  70. program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such
  71. unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic
  72. termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or
  73. civil prosecution.

  75. Neither Tidy Start Menu code may be used or reverse engineered to
  76. re-create the Tidy Start Menu work algorithm, which is
  77. proprietary, without written permission of the author.

  79. Tidy Start Menu keyfiles may not be distributed, except as stated
  80. in item 2) above, outside of the area of legal control of the
  81. person or persons who purchased the original license, without
  82. written permission of the copyright holder.

  84. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by Nazarenko
  85. Denis.

  87. 7. Installing and using Tidy Start Menu signifies acceptance of
  88. these terms and conditions of the license.

  90. 8. If you do not agree with the terms of this license you must
  91. remove Tidy Start Menu files from your storage devices and cease
  92. to use the product.
